Shipping Methods and Costs

We are proud to offer shipping across Canada! Here’s what you can expect:

Shipping Carriers: We use reliable carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Depending on your location, we may use Canada Post, UPS, or other trusted shipping services.
Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order OR flat rate shipping box to save where applicable. We will always choose the least expensive shipping option for you. We strive to keep our rates competitive and transparent.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-7 business days on in stock items. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Please note that during peak seasons, delivery times may be longer. Smaller items that ship letter mail have no tracking included and may take up to 15 business days depending on your location.

Local Pickup

If you're in the area, we offer local pickup! Select the "Local Pickup" option at checkout, and we'll arrange a time for you to collect your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can keep an eye on your package’s journey. This is not applicable on letter mail items.
